What we collect
When you submit our B2B contact form we collect: company name, contact name, email, phone (optional), country/market, channel type, estimated volume, area of interest and any message you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your B2B enquiry — sending samples, line sheets, pricing or scheduling a meeting. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who processes the data
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (US) as our form delivery provider. Formspree forwards the submission to our internal email and may retain it on their servers per their own retention policy (typically until you request deletion). Their privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as is needed to maintain an ongoing commercial relationship, and up to 5 years thereafter for legal/accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@painted-cat.com.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts and the form posts directly to Formspree — both providers may set their own technical cookies during those requests.
